Stray cattle menace and traffic started causing threats to people walking inside the colonies and to my disbelief, A block of Sushant Lok 1, a posh residential area faced major civic issues including a clogged severe network, poor sanitation, etc, and to top it all the worst problem to deal with is the stray cattle leading to traffic jams.
This has resulted in 2 big bins/ containers having been built in front of Tulsi Park to feed the cows. Every morning from somewhere in Chakkarpur the cattle owners’ release 15 to 20 cows to Tulsi Park to these bins looking for food. These cows sit in the center of the street and they end up chasing the people walking on the road and sometimes it leads to minor injuries. Passers by throw chapatis and even their home garbage in these bins which leads to a lot of garbage around the entire area. The cattle sits in the middle of the road eat the garbage and chapatis and poop all around it and in the evening the cattle owner leads them back to the shed. My humble request is to break these permanent big bins since there are bus stops on that road for school-going children and entry to the park has become a challenge. The garbage collecting on the pavement has grown into a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other infections. Seeing the filth, passers-by too take advantage of the situation and choose to throw the house garbage on the pavement this has become a big concern. It is a kind request to look into this matter and help us in this situation which has caused due to one man’s interest.
We seek your cooperation towards this matter.
