Status Of The Central Park

The eight-acre Central park going through the middle of the colony is again popular on many colony groups for all the wrong reasons. The grass and foliage has over grown to such an extent that the residents have named it the Savanah forests. The grass is chest high making the park not walk able. MCD horticulture dept. had deployed staff to clear the south side but due to non-stop rains it had to be halted. Our Councillor Anita Sandeep Baisoya personally visited the park and has ordered the horticulture dept. MCD to employ more labour and machines to clear the park. The operation is underway and the south side is being cleaned.
