The Sr Citizen Forum New Friends Colony celebrated 75th Independence Day at Park with Sr citizen friends. After the flag hoisting ceremony Sr Citizens sang Patriotic songs with music that thrilled every one. Prabodh Mahajan President of the Forum welcomed everybody with full warmth. Brigadiar (Retd.) Dhawan remembered Army as a National Guard that gives us protection throughout twenty four hours and three sixty five days. He emphasized that it was our duty to salute every Army man in uniform. Gathered listeners clapped. About environment people were advised to plant trees in memory of their friends, relatives as recently done in Sheesham Park and Mata Rani Park.
