January saw a lot of effort put in by the BOM for service improvement.
The Automated Number Plate Reading (ANPR) – based vehicular entry – exit system was soft – launched with a go – live planned for 15 February. The upgraded system will secure the society from unauthorised entries.
Also, high pressure cleaning of the sewage lines was carried out. This will help in easing the issue of frequent blockages, specially at the ground floor level.
Continuing with the revamp project of all facilities, the amphitheatre renovation work was started too, to enhance its utility. The deck area of the swimming pool is being revamped too. The Table Tennis & Yoga rooms were reopened after their renovation.
Lastly, a free pet grooming session was organised for the resident pet parents.
