Agenda Highlights:
Discussion on the amendments of the Society’s Old Bye-Laws as per DCS Act, 2003, and adoption of new Bye-Laws of the society.
• The current committee was recently elected in the elections held on Sunday, December 17, 2023.
• Discussion on amending the Society’s Old Bye-Laws as per the DCS Act, 2003, is essential to maximize benefits for residents and ensure our society remains updated according to the Registrar Society Housing guidelines.
• The final draft will be submitted for approval to the Registrar of Society Housing. Our regular meetings are held once a month.
• The tenure of the current body is 3 years.
