Alka Chawla, a resident of L block has an affable personality. Her contribution towards charity does not go unnoticed. Always seen with a pleasing smile she started a campaign for “Lane Driving” she has been requesting residents to follow the lane driving rule and show patience on the road. This will not only help everyone drive peacefully and save time, but it will control road rage too.
Recently she gifted a wheelchair to her granddaughter’s school. It’s an affluent school that is not short of funds, but the Principal wanted to encourage the students to learn to donate, help and show gratitude. The wheelchair would be used to transport grandparents who come to attend school functions and for students who get injured in the playfield.
