Snatchings on the Rise

Snatching incidents in the colony have increased. The main affected roads are the D block n C block nallah road, outer gumbad circle and periphery roads of the colony. These roads are easy get away for these young miscreants who come on bikes from behind and snatch mobiles taking their victim by surprise. The situation has become so bad that snatchings have taken place in broad daylight when a senior lady coming from the market became a victim near BSES office C block. Would request walkers not to use phone while walking on roads as that makes them an easy target. SHO defence colony has promised to increase patrolling in vulnerable areas.
