An NGO has offered to set up a centre where in recyclable waste in 10 categories would be picked up by them from the colony. However this would be applicable only if there is a minimum quantity of 200 kilograms for pick up. The major issue here is the allocation of a space to set up this centre where segregation and secondary segregation can take place. It is in fact a much required step towards a cleaner environment.
