In the spirit of community and service, Silver Oaks residents came together to organize a kirtan a week before Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birthday. The event was led by senior residents, who made arrangements for the kirtan.
Ragis from the H-block, DLF phase-1 Gurudwara performed the kirtan, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Refreshments, including chai, samosas, and prasad, were distributed among the residents.
Additionally, Silver Oaks residents set up sewa stalls for the Nagar kirtan, which took place a day before the gurpurab. The stalls, located outside gate no. 11 on Kachnar Marg, offered water, juices, fruits, and other refreshments to the participants.
The event was a wonderful opportunity for residents to come together and celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s life and teachings.
