We had an interesting, informative and useful interaction with the police team yesterday evening. Unfortunately, very very inadequate participation from our residents. It is apparent that our residents are more Whatsappers than actual doers.
Those who attended the interaction and walk yesterday had a one-to-one with the SHO and aired their views regarding issues like chain snatching, phone snatching, petty thefts, traffic, over speeding, honking, parking, etc. Issues regarding locking and unlocking of the gates in B-block which face Kotla were particularly the topic of discussion. Very few residents who were there expressed their woes and hopefully a suitable solution will soon be implemented.
This kind of a walk with the SHO and his team is going to be held again very soon and we shall be covering all the blocks one by one. I do request maximum participation from the residents please.
