Now a monthly affair, the give and takeaway mela of books, popularly known as Daryaganj, and storytelling sessions by the Delhi Storytellers’ Tribe at Kahaani Square, are organised under the aegis of Meghdutam Rangmanch. Over the years it has grown in popularity. For the past few months, storytelling sessions have been conducted monthly. Since books and stories are so inextricably linked, you will be happy to learn that both Daryaganj and Kahaani Square will be held on the last Sunday of every month. Happily, we are now seeing participants coming in from far flung areas such as Kaushambi, Jaypee Wishtown, Sector 137, Sector 29, 33, etc., not just from our own Sector 50, 7x, and neighbouring sectors. May the tribe grow, as listening to stories and reading books contribute immensely to one’s development, not just for children but adults too!
