Will Take At least Six Months to Complete
The work on the remaining sewer lines and drains in the sector’s B and C blocks has started and part of B block from B 10 to B 100, from Gate No. 10 to Mother Dairy and from the Club to RW&CS office corner where transformer is installed, will be merged in the drain of A & D Block. Rest of B Block’s sewer lines will be merged towards Sector 25 side.
Work in C block will take a few more months. The target is to complete all the work before the monsoons arrive otherwise the left work will be done only after the monsoons. This means the completion may take many more months.
Now the big challenge is when will the work on the resurfacing and rebuilding of the roads start because they are being left and commuters are not able to drive on the battered roads.
