Five Super Senior citizen of the sector Kanwal Kohli, H C Malhotra, Dayal Mathur, Kuldeep Khashu, and Gopal Tewary went for a five- day tour to Dalhousie, Chamba, Himachal. They enjoyed the hills and even went to Panchkula, a popular picnic spot. Panchkula is a scenic and tranquil destination known for its cascading waterfalls, lush greenery, and the convergence of several streams. It serves as a perfect retreat for nature lovers, offering breathtaking views and a serene ambience.
They enjoyed Saptdhara waterfall, the starting point of the Ganji Pahari trek and activities like Ziplining, and Burma Bridge.
They visited samadhi (monument) built near Panchkula in memory of the great revolutionary, Sardar Ajit Singh (uncle of martyr Bhagat Singh), who breathed his last here.
They all enjoyed the natural beauty of Panchpula by opting for a horse ride in the area, boating and traditional food of Himachal.
