There is a periodical meeting of senior citizens in RP1. Day by day numbers are being increased to meet like-minded people. Most of the members appreciated the efforts of such a get-together.
All members were entertained by our Ms. Deepa and Mr. Amar Prakash with their Melodious songs. Mrs. Neelima Sharma donated a book to our library, the book’s name is ” 17, Morris Road” which is authored by her daughter Ms. Parul Sharma. Kudos to mother and daughter.
A few suggestions are made:-
1. All members are requested to kindly inform if they are unable to attend the monthly meeting. As we all remain concerned for their welfare.
2. Please share your suggestions for improvement of our get-together.
3. It was suggested that senior citizens who are living alone and whenever they are going out of the station, please update the Manager or Security Supervisor. It is purely out of concern for their well-being.
Mr SK Yadav, President too was present, he apprised all members about the bylaws and living conditions in the complex. Our special thanks to him. The presence of our advisor, Col. G Keswani was missed as he was away due to the sad demise of his Sister in Law( Bhabhi). May God rest her soul in peace.
Mr. Zalpuri thanked all members for their participation and wished them healthy and happy living in the complex. He too extended support on behalf of the Association to be in touch for any emergency/exigency as we all are a Family.
