Have we ever stopped to think about how challenging the life of our security guards is? They work 10-12 hour shifts, standing for long hours at the main gates, ensuring smooth entry and exit, or sitting in lobbies, monitoring movements within the towers. Their job demands constant vigilance, knowing that even the slightest oversight could lead to a major incident. We all must recognise such dedication and integrity from their end.
Considering the hectic schedules and their overdemanding job, Trinity RWA has introduced a special initiative with the motto of “ Secure Health of Those Who Secure Us”.
Under this program the security personnel are encouraged to participate in physical training, exercises, meditation. In addition, they are also being guided with Alert and Vigilante trainings, medical aid training like CPR and stretcher handling and fire safety drills.
Security guards have shown a lot of enthusiasm for participation in such events as this gives them chance to enhance their skills and fitness, and a break from their monotonous jobs.
This investment being made in improving their well-being will non-only lead to higher productivity but also and ensure our safe-keepers are healthy and secure themselves too.
A small step in their support goes a long way in building a safer and healthier community for all.
