Sector Trees Have Been Pruned

Finally giving in to the long standing demand of RWCS, the Noida Authority has started a drive to prune trees in the sector. At the time of filing this story, it was learned that the pruning work had been completed in B-block and D-block while work was ongoing in C-block. Pruning work will be done in A-block in the coming weeks. To prune trees where wires were passing between branches, the electricity supply was stopped and then work was done. The cut branches remained on the side of the streets for a week or so as the garbage collectors refused to pick them up. According to RWCS, it is the job of the horticulture department only to clear the green garbage.
