Fed Up with Broken Promises, Sector 75 Needs a Common RWA

We expose the truth behind Sector 75’s problems and demand change. Stay tuned for our series! Residents of Sector 75 are at their wit’s end. Despite being touted as an eco-city by the Noida Authority, the sector has been plagued by poor infrastructure, inadequate amenities, and exploitation by builders and authorities. The voices of residents have been consistently ignored, their concerns dismissed, and their lives made miserable. It’s time for change. The only way to bring about meaningful change is through a common Resident Welfare Association (RWA) that represents all societies and residents in Sector 75. This collective voice will no longer be ignored, and it will demand action from those in power.

Residents are fed up with broken roads, overflowing sewers, and the constant struggle to get basic amenities. They’re tired of being lied to by builders and authorities who promise the world but deliver nothing. It’s time to hold those in power accountable and demand the quality of life that residents deserve. A common RWA is the only way to achieve this. It will provide a platform for residents to come together, forget their differences, and fight for their rights. It will elect leaders who truly represent the interests of residents, not just pay lip service to their concerns. It will develop a clear agenda that outlines the demands of residents and holds those in power accountable.

Over 120 societies from sectors 7x, 168, 137, and 141, comprising more than 500 residents, participated in the Maha Panchayat at Sangharsh Park in Sector 77, Noida. Their sole demand was the unconditional registration of their flats. The residents unanimously conveyed that the authority must recover pending land dues from the builders, and buyers should not be involved in this process. They emphasized that withholding flat registrations to facilitate recoveries is unjustified.

If you’re tired of being ignored and want to be part of the change, join  group of like-minded residents who are fighting for a better Sector 75. Together, we can make a difference.
