Residents Welfare Association (RWA) and All Residents Welfare Association (ARWA) of Vasant Kunj, Sector A, Pocket B & came together to celebrate the 75th Republic Day with traditional fervour.The day started with the residents comprising of senior citizens, youth and the children gathering at the Community Centre of the area early in the morning and hoisting the national flag. The national anthem was sung on the occasion. The highlight of the day was the cultural programme performed by the young energetic girls of the Colony as well as the girls from the local NGO. The children presented a colourful show of song and dance. This was much appreciated by the residents who turned up in large numbers. After the end of the programme sweets were distributed to all.
