On 21 May 2023, the United SARWA team conducted a cleanliness drive in Saraswati Society. The drive was a tremendous success, astheye managed to clean up all the litter in the ground, roads, open gym, and the area around the towers. They collected and disposed of waste items such as plastic containers, shoes, party leftovers (balloons, plastic bottles – mostly), tobacco packets, and juice bottles. It is important to note that they encountered various spiritual items like statues and pictures of gods, which they did not disturb. They request that these items be properly disposed of and not placed under trees.
They would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the volunteers who participated in the drive. Special thanks to Dr Rajvinder Kaur, Mr. Gulshan & Naman Sareen, SC Chaudhary, Rakesh Nanda, the sanitary team led by Mr. Manan, Sandeep Mishra, and the children from the taekwondo group. Your dedication and hard work are sincerely appreciated. We hope to organise more drives like this in the future and encourage everyone to join in.
Let’s collaborate to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our society!
