Celebrating Women’s Day is not one single day, but it certainly reminds us and gives us an opportunity to acknowledge, recognise and honour the contributions and achievements of women in every field, even if it is in their daily lives.
RWA team, Santushti Apartments celebrated International Women’s Day on 8th March by felicitating the women who have made significant contributions towards society, be it in the field of medicine, therapy, performing arts, teaching the underprivileged children, running NGOs and many such community service.
It was an evening of recognition and celebrating every woman who has been making a difference in the life of their family or society at large but has remained unsung.
It was also a proud moment for Santushti that Snehlata Rathi, president; RWA was felicitated by Fortis on Women’s Day for her contribution in the development work at D6.
The chief guests of the program were Reena Mehlawat, wife of Councillor Shri Jagmohan Mehlawat and Dr. Mamta Mishra, renowned gynaecologist.
The evening buzzed in joy as the women played different games, won prizes, sang and danced. The love and laughter filled the sky with joy, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of warmth, unity and a truly uplifting experience.
