In the previous edition of Samvada, we carried an article on Abandoned & Vacant houses in DLF some of which look like haunted houses and how these are being used by Smackies for all sorts of nefarious activities.
The article was well received by many and as a result, the owner of the vacant house was located by the Builder and then asked to renovate the house and put proper locks so trespassers cannot access it.
Renovation work in these houses has already started and the owner of this house was very appreciative of RWA’s efforts.
The article not only highlighted the problem but at the same time was followed by a solution.
