Renowned yoga practitioner, Aarti Maheshwari, resident of M block, DLF Phase 2 , joyfully announces the release of her book, “Samatvam Yoga.” Drawing on her 25 years of experience in the field, this beginner’s guide encapsulates her profound understanding of yoga. Aarti expresses her gratitude to her husband, Sunil, for his unwavering support throughout her journey.
Dr. Basavreddy, Director of MDNIY (Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga), lauded the book and felicitated both Aarti and Sunil. Delighted by its contents, he recognized Aarti’s extensive work and presented her with this well-deserved honor.
The book, “Samatvam Yoga,” explores the path to deeper sanity and success. Aarti’s expertise stems from her years of learning and teaching alongside esteemed yoga experts in India and abroad. Her journey began with corporate training in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Dubai, and the United States before settling in Gurgaon. The advent of International Yoga Day, initiated by Prime Minister Modi, further propelled her involvement in the global yoga community.
Aarti’s dedication to yoga led her to become a teacher, examiner, and coordinator for national yoga events at Talkatora Stadium. She also became an integral part of renowned yoga associations and boards, including IYA (Indian Yoga Association), YCB (Yoga Certification Board), and QCI (Quality Council of India). Aarti proudly represents her yoga institute in Santacruz, Mumbai, and cherishes the recognition received by her guru, Dr. Jaidev, during International Yoga Day celebrations.
Grateful for the blessings of her gurus and seniors, Aarti acknowledges their profound influence on her journey. She credits their support, along with her husband’s unwavering encouragement, for enabling her to fulfill her dreams in the field of yoga. Aarti emphasizes that the essence and attitude towards yoga, rather than mere skill and expertise, have been instrumental in her achievements.
“Samatvam Yoga” embodies the belief that yoga is a way of life, representing a balanced state of body, mind, emotions, and intellect. Aarti Maheshwari invites readers to embrace this transformative practice and wishes to inspire them on their personal yoga journeys.
The book, “Samatvam Yoga: A Paradigm for Deeper Sanity and Success,” is now available on Amazon.
