Like every year, covid or no covid, the managing committee and cultural committee members of SBWS celebrate Diwali with all its staff members, a day prior to Diwali. All the 12 staff members are presented with two sets of uniforms, a generous bonus, and box of sweets, a sweater, caps & shoes. Couple of other resident members like, Mala Goel, Singla Ji, Mohattaji, Sd N P Singh & Uppal ji also joined & presented cash & gifts to them. Contribution of each staff member & extraordinary work done by some of them are highlighted. Some of the staff members have been with the society for the past 15- 16 years. A cup of tea & snacks are shared by the members with the staff & group photos are taken. A lot of bonhomie, bonding & goodwill is generated by such gestures. Contributed by MK Gupta
