RW&CS is doing their best to resolve issues regarding roads, parks, garbage and trash removal, security, drainage, electricity, water supply etc
Empty Plots, which we have quite few in the sector technically are private plots and should be beyond the domain of RW&CS. But mostly they are being used in various ways by few residents which itself is not a bad idea.
Some residents use them for parking, storage of construction material, work yard, Malba dumping, but none of these users look after the maintenance of the plot because the users don’t reside near them and are not affected. Me, resident of C 202 and Mr Sahadev of C 200, have one such empty plot, C 201 in between us and facing the problems arising from misutilization and no maintenance.
In the past RW&CS on my request had got it cleaned but again it has come to the same state. Particularly in this rainy season there are lots of plant growth and hence breeding ground for mosquitoes. I suggest if the users don’t maintain the place, then RW&CS should take over these places and make mini-parks or paid parking maintained by them or enclose it for safety and cleanliness.
