The Ladies Club of RWA were instrumental in putting together the festivities with the support of the RWA Board. Festivities started at 6 PM and lasted over 9:30 PM with over 400 residents of all ages enjoying the festival. For Kids, there were several types of rides and games were there to enjoy. For grown-ups, a DJ and tambola were organized in which residents and visitors participated in great numbers. The best surprise was that the senior citizens too participated with great enthusiasm. Many competitions were organized for kids such as dance and singing. Not only that, for adults there was a dance, singing, and cooking competition. How could food be left behind?? There were many food stalls offering golgappe, various types of chaats, noodles, pizzas, and much more along with various types of drinks which attracted everyone. People enjoyed and gave a positive feedback. Several corporate sponsors also showcased their wares which included electronics, household, designer dresses, packaged foods, and organic products. The major attraction was one company displaying their electric cars. This event has encouraged the RWA and its Ladies Club to hold more such events in the future.
