The RWA of Sector 36 proudly unveiled the refurbished Gate No. 8 in a ceremony. Ms Pallavi, daughter of MP Mahesh Sharma, inaugurated the newly renovated gate, which has undergone significant transformations to enhance security, aesthetics, and functionality. The refurbishment project, undertaken by the RWA, included the installation of new solid sliding gates painted in metallic silver and orange, in accordance with Vastu principles. The entrance from the main road has been beautifully landscaped to conceal the waste management area, which was previously an eyesore.
The upgraded Parksmart automation system now features a traffic light, LED display, and ANPR cameras to bolster security. Additional improvements include new plantations, culverts over drains, signboards, and traffic paint for enhanced visibility. A 32-port NVR with 26 cameras has been installed to ensure vigilant security, especially at night. Other notable features include a PCR visit register, a separate security stand for guards, traffic cones, and barriers for traffic division. The RWA has also updated Google maps to guide traffic through this entry point. The inauguration ceremony was well-attended by residents, who appreciated the RWA’s efforts to enhance their living experience. The refurbished Gate No. 8 is a testament to the RWA’s commitment to providing a secure, beautiful, and well-maintained community for its residents.
