Roads of Defence Colony

Driving on the roads in Defence Colony sometimes makes you feel that you are off-roading. Day by day, the potholes on the roads are increasing especially near where houses are being built. Though some patchwork is being carried out by the MCD, it will not suffice until the proper road relaying is done. In a recent incident, a very senior citizen going for a walk in the morning tripped on a pothole and broke his ankle. As discussed with the councilor, all roads that have to be relayed have been passed, and as soon as the election is over, relaying will start. Hope we get better tarmac now.
