2022 ended with a lot of work being undertaken by the BOM for the improvement of infrastructure & services.
The vehicular entry – exit system is being upgraded to Automated Number Plate Reading (ANPR). The upgraded system will make the society more secure from unauthorised entries. Its first phase was implemented wherein civil work was completed on both the gates. Phase 2 of distributing new parking stickers is underway.
Also, AOH residents voted in majority for continuation of Single Point EB Connections. This was in reply to the notice from the Electricity Department wherein Single Point connections in high-rises were to be converted to Multipoint Individual Meters unless 51% of the residents wanted the existing setup to continue.
Details of pet registration on the Noida Authority Pet Registration app had been asked for by the Authority. The pet details of AOH were submitted to them along with a request to conduct an NAPR camp.
Lastly, a PMC company has been hired to manage the repair and painting work.
