Return of the Shoe Thief

Another video of the Shoe Thief lady was shared with the residents. This time she is seen accompanied by a young boy. Buildings having floor-wise apartments have been the target. Most of the time the staff is different for each floor and the main gates are left open. Bicycles and shoes have been the most stolen items from outside the flats. The tradition of leaving shoes outside for cleanliness and hygiene purposes is proving to be expensive for these residents.
