Why do the on-duty staff of various departments not visit localities to check sewerage, street lights, encroachments, cleanliness of streets, roads, parks, stray dogs, drinking water lines, unwanted laundering of persons inside the colony, encroachments, etc.?
RWA -Your tube portal is always loaded with such complaints. Guards were not at the gate? Or he was sleeping at 2.30 at night.
Our sewer lid was broken down by a car; replace it. The tower lights of Sheesham Park have not been working for the last few days, the drinking water is stinking, and our electricity has been gone for the last 30 minutes.
If RWA staff boys start roaming in the colony at even or odd hours, most of the subjects will be made easy or deleted from the complaint register.
One more suggestion may be implemented for betterment: the on-duty staff of guards may be deputed to take a round of their lanes or colony before sitting at the gate and write down in a register whatever they see is not in order. In this regard, a briefing should be given to them beforehand.
The burning issue of encroachments on small or big roads, hawkers, parking mafia, stinking water supply, and dumpty roads.
These all need strong collective efforts by residents. Well, strong English Dictionary words…may not work.
