Sector 15A Noida

Residents React to Col Bahl’s Angry & Unsavoury Remarks against the RWA & President Sial

From Kirti (H.no.481)

Dear Col Bahl your views on the sirens are very eloquent but writing threatening messages to the RWA – a body that is made up of a group of volunteers – is not a fair way to address the problem. We have an excellent Sector and it is in large part due to the work that is done by the small group of people who have done many, many things to make our lives better.

There will always be points of disagreement in a community but it is how we resolve them that define us.

I do hope you will find a better way to make your disagreement to the sirens felt. The folks in the RWA work too hard to deserve this type of pillorying. I felt that I must speak up on behalf of a group that works very hard to make 15A the pride of the NCR. Regards From Sanjay Sarin (H.no.267): Dear members of RWA Col. Behl is a nuisance to all the neighbours staying around.

He parks his car deliberately and wilfully at the corner of his house on the crossing so as to prevent and block the left turn leading to house nos. 269-299. He has also illegally and in a most irresponsible manner embedded two iron angles jutting out four or five inches above the road deliberately so as to cause damage to any vehicle passing by.

He had kept a few potted plants on the road and deliberately tried to block the access of other residents. RWA, on our complaint, removed the same.

There is always a puddle next to his gate facing H.no.269 which is due to the leakage of water which comes out of his side gate. This puddle of water is home for breeding mosquitoes. If any request is made by any of the neighbours, the reply is always abusive. I request the RWA to remove the obstructions.

Reacting to Col Behl’s post ‘Theft by your Chaprasi Rajkumar on 13 Sep 22’ Ashok Sarin (H.no.378) wrote: Without prejudice, addressing a staff member as ‘chaprasi’ etc smacks of a Colonial mindset. May kindly be refrained, issues apart.
