The Annual General Meeting for Suncity was held on 28th April 2024, 11:00 am onwards in the Suncity premises presided over by the SRWA Board members.
Various agendas were discussed during the meeting: 1. SRWA Balance sheet for the previous year 2022-2023 and the provisional balance sheet for 2023-2024.
2. Income and expenses for 2023-24 that have been utilised for all upkeep and maintenance-related activities.
3. Detailed discussions were carried out by SRWA on planned activities and work in progress for the benefit of Suncity and its residents.
4. Infrastructural Development in Suncity like the STP Pipeline Extension works to facilitate the STP water supply to various parks. 15 Lac Liters Underground potable water storage tank proposal file is on the move. The upgradation of 12 parks worth 2.25 Crore, 33 KV substation is almost operational in Suncity now and 90 Cameras covering Suncity’s peripheral areas, parks and other major areas have been installed.
Other points of discussion included Security updates and SRWA’s upcoming events.
Some residents also raised concerns for dog-related issues on the campus.
All the residents were encouraged to participate and assist the governing body in maintaining the community. Followed by the AGBM the lunch was served for all present there.
