As this writer witnessed this board where NFC and Friends Colony East meet, a guard was allowing his dog do his business right under the notice. When asked what was written on it, he looked back blank. Not just the language is completely misplaced but also there are no poo bins anywhere around. Residents need to supply newspapers or poop scoopers to the staff who walk their dogs. These sign boards are otherwise absolutely useless!
