Selected residents owners of Wishtown had a meeting with Manoj Gaur Executive Chairman and Managing Director – (MD) Jaiprakash Associates Ltd, NOIDA Officials and other senior offi-
cials of JAL to discuss alarming concerns among the residents. This meeting was held on 10 September 2022.
Some of the key concerns raised by residents included a huge set of maintenance issues across Wishtown keeping in mind that Wishtown has the highest maintenance in Noida. Infrastructure-related concerns such as Drainage, Sewage, STP, Parks, Parking, 1st coat of paint, Transformers, Lifts not operational (4 years), Clubs, Sports facilities, Lawns in land parcels etc. Other concerns including Fire Safety, Malba Dumping in front of flats, stray dog issues, Power backup rates etc. were discussed as well.
Manoj Gaur heard the concerns of all parties and as an action plan, some committees were made that were selected by Jaypee. Jaypee nominated resident flat owners, who would take these works forward.
