On 30 Nov, Nancy reported that they had their tanks cleaned the precious day and to her dismay the fresh water was very dirty and brown in colour. The TDS was also very high. She added, “It is a shame that the so-called VIP sector is not getting basic water and electricity”. Subsequently, on Sun 1 Dec Shikha Taneja posted, “I’m posting this to express serious concerns regarding the ongoing issue of dirty water supply. This situation is not only highly inconvenient but also poses significant health risks to all residents, especially children & elderly. Despite previous complaints, there seems to be no resolution or effective action taken. Access to clean & safe water is a basic necessity & non-negotiable. It is imperative that the association takes immediate steps to resolve this.”
