Lohri 2025:
As every year, the festival of Lohri was celebrated on 12th January 2025 with great gusto and enthusiasm. More than 300 residents participated in the events.
The celebrations commenced at 7 pm with puja led by Anil Nag, vice president, when the bonfire was lit by the President Deepti Gulati, Gen. Secretary Rohit Kumar, and other members of TEAM ANRWA such as Puja Kapoor, Neelu Sood, Ritu Sud, Sanjeev Verma, Birendra Sood, Charanjit Singh, Neeraj Sood, and the residents present.
The residents were served hot soup to beat the biting cold and also lots of Lohri savouries.
The singers belted out one after another rhythmic Punjabi and Bollywood numbers enhancing the festive mood of the residents who danced merrily to the palpitating and high music. Dinner was served at 8.30 pm.
It was a very enjoyable and memorable evening!
