Amita Bhuwania: As soon as December enters the third week and the year starts drawing to a close – new year vibes start hitting us. Plans for partying with friends, and family, deciding outfits, and checking venues get underway. But there is always one thought that runs universally in the minds of all – New Year Resolutions!! I have largely been a non–believer in making New Year Resolutions since childhood, however as the saying goes – “The old order changeth giving way to the new” – I decided to make a few resolutions for 2023. The one sentiment that says it all would be to lead a happier, more meaningful, and more fulfilling life by making people around me smile 365 days of the year.
Manoj Kumar: The Earth has completed yet another revolution around the Sun and we welcome the New Year 2023. I am sure many of us would have made some new year Resolutions. I too thought of doing so but before that decided to do a reality check on whatever happened to my Resolutions of the last year. Well, not one to really work on Resolutions, I had long forgotten them. For me, it is like drawing a bank cheque on an account that has no balance.
Bhavna Gupta: My resolution as a daughter, as a mother, as a friend, as a partner and as a people’s person can be varied but here I will share my resolution towards my community. I will follow my passion towards community service and do my act of kindness each day. Through my work, if I am able to bring us all together to create an impact in people`s lives and bring about a change in our neighbourhood, my resolution towards my community will be fulfilled.
