Humanity is best described when somebody does some humane act out of the ordinary.
In a recent incident a resident Mandeep while going for a walk in Puneet Dutt Park early in the morning saw a eagle stuck in the tree and was desperately trying to free itself. He immediately with the help of other walkers tried to help the poor bird but when he realised that their efforts were not working he immediately called the fire service.
The fire personnel after arriving with the help of a ladder brought the bird down and rescued it.
Mandeep like many others would have just ignored and walked away but instead he put all his efforts in saving the bird. He proved that in this world humanity still prevails and every life matters.
We at Samvada salute this great resident of the colony.
