It was a day filled with pride and honour! During the program some senior citizens were honoured: 1. Tej-pal Monga (4043) he was also the Chief Guest; 2. Rajpal Hans (3300); 3. ‘Suchinder Mohan Kapoor (3275); 4. KK Kashyap (3149); 5. Satya Sharma (4026); 6. Shobha Mittal (3169). 17 members of RWA staff were also honoured for their dedication and work, with each getting a blanket! The children stole the show with patriotic dance and songs! Anish Dhall, a specially abled boy stood out with his confident dance moves in praise of his motherland.Ms Chitvan successfully compered the entire programme and made it exciting and interesting! The sun did play hide and seek and the cold was unforgiving, but the residents who came in large numbers, enjoyed the day!
