Historic 75th Re-public Day of our great nation was celebrated with traditional pomp and gaiety by B-9 residents, their families and friends on 26th January at RWA office grounds. Weather God was kind to bestow his mercy through welcome sunshine in an otherwise cold week. The venue was tastefully decorated with national Flags, festoons and balloons in colours of our national flag. Large number of young and old residents and their guests, dressed in their festive best were at the venue on time. Unfurling of the national flag was done at 11:30 am jointly by seniors and children of our pocket. After a short address by the President Inderjit Singh, talented duo of Vibhuti (6207) and Sushant (6205) took over the proceedings and presented an immensely entertaining musical program, belting out patriotic songs and evergreen numbers of yester years.
