This 26 January was a proud day for every Indian, irrespective of caste, creed and religion, as our country celebrated its 75th Republic Day.
On Thursday, 26 January, ’23 at sharp 11.30 am, the National flag was hoisted in Ram Vihar lawn. National Anthem was sung and soon after sweets were distributed to all who were present. Ladies, gentlemen and even children could be seen much before the flag hoisting. It was a nice bright, sunny day except that the wind was too cold. The chilly wind did not dampen the spirits of the residents and they made it a point to assemble on this National Day. Recorded patriotic songs were played. It was a short and crisp programme.
Every festival in our Ram Vihar Society is celebrated with equal zeal and passion which helps in promoting healthy and good relationship amongst each other.
