Remembring Baldeep Singh

I well remember the first time I saw Baldeep Singh, a couple of decades ago. We were both in our respective cars waiting to pick up our children from the school bus stop. I later learnt that he was my close neighbour (H.no.454) and Steve and I became chummy with Baldeep and his charming wife Leena and their three beautiful daughters. We discovered we were mutual Arsenal FC fans and always had plenty to talk about. Baldeep stood out (not merely for his elegant height) but for his sense of humour, and his charm but also for always being the perfect gentleman. We miss you, dear friend, but we will always think of you when we pass your house en route to ours and whenever we watch an Arsenal match. Rest in Peace.
