Mr. Ashok Mandal, a resident of Anand Lok, recently published his book, REFLECTIONS, a collection of English Poems, penned over 45 years. Mr. Mandal is a B.Tech from IIT- Bombay and a Postgraduate from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies, Bombay, besides having been a Past- President of Anand Lok Residents Association in the years 2003 & 2004.
The poems have been covered in 3 sections – NATURE, LOVE & LIFE. The book contains amazing illustrations by Mr. Pradeep Aeri, a very successful Art & Creative Director with some of the top advertising agencies such as Clarion, TS McCann etc. The book was released on 20/05/2023 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, by Renowned Poet, Critic and Academician, Ms. Sukrita Paul Kumar who has reviewed the book too.
The book launch was helmed by Mr. Vinay Kumar, Secretary General, Press Club Of India and a very active resident of Gulmohar Park. The event was attended by Mr. Suhas Borker (Trustee, India International Centre, New Delhi) , Ms. Shalini Gupta ( Director & CEO – Zorba Books & The Publisher), besides close friends and family members.
