After serving as the vice president of RWA for the past 2 years, it is my honour to reflect on the progress and achievements made during this tenure. Serving in this capacity has been a privilege allowing me the opportunity to actively contribute to a community that is bound by the pursuit of excellence and celebration of diversity. It was wonderful working under the leadership of our President Inderjit Sial. With dedication and hard work, our team has successfully undertaken impactful initiatives and implemented transformative changes that aligned with our vision and mission document.
Taking over during the covid period posed a big challenge but our team rose up to the occasion and dealt with the situation, immediately forming covid contingency team. They worked hard to supply essentials and necessary help and support to residents, specially seniors, assisted in arranging hospitalisation and medication wherever required.
There were numerous meetings with concerned departments of Noida Authority, Police personnel and other related departments. I still cannot forget carrying tension to work when park labour did not turn up and making the best efforts to get the parks cleaned and watered enough somehow.
Beautification and maintenance of the sector has won us many admiring glances and compliments from the residents and guests and have recently won the best sector in swacchta during our term. All this was possible because of the team of dedicated individuals who shared the passion. Together we accomplished many feats, forging new friendships and remain committed to each other as a team.
I am proud of the strides we have made and am confident that this will continue to thrive under the new team!
I on a personal level remain committed to support and make efforts to enhance the community life in sector 15 A!
With gratitude!
