Celebrations in the Mahavirji Mandir began with a Havan in the space on the right side of Ram Darbar. This was followed by aarti of Maa Durga as Ramnavami marks the end of Navratri. The Ram Darbar was bedecked with beautiful flowers and the idols wore new clothes. Bhajans were sung by the ladies of Greater Kailash and the priests of the temple. Baby Rama was welcomed at 12 pm. The program culminated with aarti and bhandara for all the devotees present. The bhandara was sponsored by Anil Kapoor (N 108, GK 1).
