From going to gym, chanting Amritvani and Hanuman Chalisa and doing yoga makes Ram Vihar ladies ‘All in one.’
Ram Vihar ladies are be coming conscious, losing weight and becoming fitness freak. Trainers from a gym visited Ram Vihar on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 May between 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. A canopy was put up and groovy music was played to attract every ones attention. They did our complete body checkup and calculated our body mass in proportion with our age and height. They also gave demo class for yoga and a few basic mat and standing exercises.
The ladies came in large numbers. Mats were provided and those who had difficulty in sitting on the ground did exercises by sitting on benches. All those present, were counselled very well. They said that gym is certainly great and beneficial for our health. It reduces stress, boosts confidence and gives us energy. This improves our overall health.
Exercises in accordance with our age not only change our body, it changes our mind, our mood and our attitude.
We should know that results happen over a period of time and not overnight. We should work hard, stay consistent, and be patient and never lose heart. This is the Mantra all should follow.
