Rajneesh residing at P1A 22 is a freelance designer, passionate photographer, ardent baker and an intense painter. She is an embodiment of creativity. Rajneesh has been conducting art classes for about an year, for students between the age group of 6 to 11. Occasionally adults also learn, as art is a gateway to creativity and it knows no age bar.
Rajneesh quotes that her hobbies are painting and teaching it and she was a lecturer promoting fashion and textiles … Rajneesh is so versatile that she practises Reki and is a qualified pyramid vastu consultant. But now her hobbies have taken over her primary interests and she enjoys painting and teaching the same.
Her paintings are appealing and spread to a wide range. She also teaches different types of art such as mud mirror painting, watercolour paintings and mix media work. Moreover, she trains her students to make quirky handmade gifts from clay and thin wood pieces. Her paintings decorate saree and dupatta too, and she showcased her gorgeous works in one of the stalls at last year’s Diwali mela.
It is a great honour that her students, with the knowledge gained from her, win exorbitant prizes at school competitions. Master Vivan Mehta residing at P1 B 17 at Princeton Estate, is a budding artist and a prodigy and his artworks are quite impressive. He is Rajneesh’s student. The creative artist is more interested in drawing Godly images and has drawn many beautiful and colourful paintings. The second grader, aged seven, spends more time with his brush and pencil rather than getting entangled in the video games as other children of his age.
Rajneesh is also a passionate photographer, and we all Princetonites look for Rajneesh if at all we want a good photograph or video to be taken. Besides photography, she is an ardent baker and many times surprises her students by making yummy delicious cakes on their birthdays.. she also conducted a ‘ cupcakes and cake pops workshop’ for kids, last summer adding another feather to her cap of innovation and creativity.
My honest salute and wishes to Rajneesh for her creativity and contribution.
