Every year, Kailash Dham transforms into a vibrant hub of joy and celebration during Diwali; this year too it got radiant when hosted its much-anticipated Diwali Mela on Saturday, 26 October. The mela was a dazzling affair, complete with a lively dance floor and a myriad of stalls, all aglow with the festive spirit of Diwali.
Diwali Melas are truly the heart and soul of the festive season, and this one was no different. With an array of games and food stalls, it was time to soak into it and bond with co-residents. This is also the time when traditional silks and accessories are worn with style by both men and women.
The catchy Bollywood dance numbers filled the air. The dance stage later became a playground for the little ones, with games specially organized for them.
Within half an hour of the mela’s start, the place was buzzing with laughter, the aroma of delicious food, and the sounds of people having a great time. Some were there just for the food, while others were engrossed in the games. Families and friends alike came together, ensuring no one missed out on the fun.
