Annual function Celebrations: The Def Col’s Radhakrishan Mandir completed 22 successful years in Feb and the mandir committee led by Ramesh Bhatia planned a grand celebration on 25 Feb. The Radhakrishan Mandir has been a pillar of aastha for hundreds of residents who were looking for a neat and clean temple inside Def col as there was no temple of this size and stature in the colony. The Mandir is fully air-conditioned with murties of all the Gods for worshipping. There is a huge hall which is used for Bhandara and other ceremonies by the residents. The auspicious day started with a bhavya Aarti in the morning which was attended by lots of residents who were seen in a cheerful mood. The pundits who have been there since inception performed Hawan which was attended by large number of residents. The Ladoo Prasad and Bhandara was arranged for more than 500 people who enjoyed the most delicious food and thanked the mandir committee. The Mandir is now planning for Mahrshivratri’s grand function followed by Holi celebrations in Mar ’24.
Morning and evening Aarti is attended by large gathering at the Radhakrishan mandir which’s now centre of attraction with regular religious activities. The morning and evening Aarti (7-730 AM AND 7-730PM) is now attended by more than 50-60 people daily followed by Prasad for all.
