PRWS, the A Block Ext.RWA, held its annual general body meeting on April 30, 2023. The annual general body meeting of the Peoples Residents Welfare Society (PRWS) was organised at Atara Guest House located in A Block Extension. The meeting was attended by members of the association.
The AGM was opened by the President and then was handed over to the General Secretary for detailed discussion and overview of what the association accomplished from the last AGM in 2022.
GS shared several meetings updates as follow-ups of pending jobs in the last one year. Also shared how we can better our Block. Various jobs issues related to tree pruning, hanging electrical wires, lack of staff from MCG, water shortage keeping in mind the 4-floor builder floors etc. were discussed.
New residents shared ideas and appreciated the work done by the PRWS team. One suggestion that came from the residents was to collect an annual fee from residents, to help the association work better. The Meeting ended with a Vote of Thanks.
